Back in the day, I use to use a regular waterproof canon point and shoot to take photos.  Afterwards I would upload my photos using SD cards.  Nowadays I use my phone to take photos and upload directly from my mobile.  I was kinda of bummed I couldn't take underwater photos with my phone for fear that I would get it water damaged.
