I was excited getting this sample in the mail because I love drinking green tea! Midori Spring Organic Ceremonial Matcha is a much better green tea than the tea packets you get in the stores.
The fine powder is easy to mix into the hot water. I unfortunately didn't have a bamboo whisk like the directions say but I whisked with a spoon so I didn't get the foam. Green tea in general is a little bitter and something you have to get use to if you aren't acclimated to the taste or add honey to sweeten.
You only need 2 scoops for 60 mL of water. I love the smell of the green tea when I open the tin. Only gripe I have about this product is how small it is but then again it's for ceremonial purposes.
