The Revolutionary Muscle Massage by Master of Muscle reminds me of that Simpson's episode where Homer stumbles and falls on a trash can.  He manages to crack his back and fix this lower back problems.  Homer ends up being Springfield's chiropractor for a short period buttt going back to my review...

The muscle massager claims as a deep tissue massage foam roller- it is a personal masseuse, stretch strengthener, travel companion???, core smasher, and workout buddy?  Hilarious...far from a travel companion or workout buddy. I think they needed something on write on the label.  I got the foam roller in the mail with a quick start guide.  The start guide is pretty handy to help noobs like me learn how to use the roller with some exercises.  The foam is solid yet soft.  Inside the core is pretty hard and is made with a PVC like pipe.  I tried the foam roller on my lower back and it feels so good.  I could hear it crack.  The other positions with the roller were great too.  I think the foam roller is great for the thoracic spine, glutes, and lower back just be careful if you have injured lumbar spine.
