Midori Spring's Matcha Organic Ceremonial Quality Green Tea Powder is awesome! The powder is very fine and easy to mix. I had no problems with using one scoop in a cup. It's very strong so you don't need to add much to a cup.
In terms of taste if you're into sweet tea, this product might not be for you. The taste is more on bitter side. I like my teas a little bitter with a little cookie or sweet on the side. The instructions are easy to follow and it is recommend to whisk the tea so you get a small froth. This tea is great for relieving stress and has 137x antioxidants more than other teas. Great product; can't wait to use it to make cookies :).
