Upon receiving these hangers, I realized how flimsy those wire hangers you get at the dry cleaners. The wire hangers always get bent out of shape when you put a heavy item on them. Over time, they get saggy and droopy. Ick!
I love how these hangers are much more heavier and can retain their shape. They have a thicker gauge than the wire hangers and the matte paint finish gives it a nice look. I thought the hangers would be thicker but these are pretty sturdy enough to hold some heavy outfits.
The only problem I have with these hangers are that they don't have little areas to hold straps. Anything with a strap will slide right off. Ideally these hangers would be excellent to use for dress shirts and jackets.
