The silicon mold putty comes in two parts and when you're ready to make a mold mix two equal sizes of the compounds together for a minuate. You will need to thoroughly mix it by kneading and rolling them. Once the putty is made, take the object you want to mold or make your own shape. I let it harden for 30 minutes and pull the piece out of the mold and you're set. It took me awhile to getting use to. I started with a small piece first and then worked my way to making bigger molds. I really like that the putty stays somewhat flexible so you can remove the item you made a mold from. Very simple and easy!
