Beautyoils.co Tamanu Oil boasts a lot of skin healing benefits. Abundant in fatty acids and having anti-inflammatory properties, I'm surprised I've never heard of this oil before. It's more popular in the South Pacific so that can explain why. The oil is cold pressed oil and comes in a 2 oz glass bottle. Shipping was super fast and packaging was minimal.
The smell of the Tamanu is something to get use to. It's a deep, earthy scent is kind of a turn off for me. I used a little on some minor bug bites I got camping. It helped soothe and heal my bug bites a lot quicker than using hydrocortisone to numb the skin. The oil texture is a bit grainy but absorbs quickly into the skin. Overall an interesting product to try. I will have to find some more uses for this oil.
